I’m realizing after listening to a lot of Brooke’s goodness, that I still didn’t reach my ideal weight as I still think like a fat person. I need your help!

How would a permanently slim person think?

A eat on protocol, no sweets
R lose weight/keep weight on low level
Is that T “enough”? It feels a bit weak. Any ideas? And: How do I practice that “future model”? Thank you!
