I’ve frequently heard Brooke talk about quitting Chardonnay by figuring out how she felt when she didn’t want to drink, like in the morning. I’m trying to figure out how to do this with food. In the morning I have very low desire to eat. I feel ready for my day, excited to go to the gym, excited and ready to do “mom school” distance learning with my son. I have a take it or leave it attitude about food. As the day goes on the desire for food creeps in and it grows. How do I figure out a way to create similar feelings around food as my day progresses as I do in the morning?
