checking in on my commitment


Dear Brooke, I posted that my commitment for September would be to stop playing grab ass with my protocol and just stick to it, already! I said I would follow for the entire month, and my goal was to lose 10 pounds but that I would be happy regardless of what happens with the scale. I’m checking in at the midway point to say I DID IT! I stuck to my protocol exactly the entire time, and I am so proud of myself. I have been trying to get myself to do this all year long and finally, I did. As a bonus, I am down 4.8 pounds which I think is incredible — I’m not in the least unhappy that I didn’t hit the technical mid-way point of 5 pounds. I will! This is all on the way to my goal weight of 115 – which I don’t think I have weighed since high school (30 years ago), but now feel confident I can reach. SO excited.
