Checking my food protocol

Hello, this month I’ve decided to follow this food protocol and want to check it with you. It fits my life, builds on things I’ve done in the past that have worked, and feels easy to do. Here it is. Any comments welcome:

What is my eating window?
until travel last week of the month, I’ll try 12-8 (16/8 fasting windows)

How many meals?
2 meals + 1 snack

What foods will you allow?
no sugar + no flour for these 3 weeks
Then planned exceptions and a different protocol for holiday week
