Checking My Protocol

I would like to run my food protocol by you:

Breakfast: 2 Decaf Coffee with Half & Half.

Lunch at 1pm: 9 oz. of Fresh Salad, 6 oz. of Protein, 3 tsp. of Dressing, 10 Nuts.

Dinner at 5pm: 5% Fat Plain Yogurt, 4 Strawberries, 2 tsp. of Granola, 2 tsp. of Crushes Almonds, 2 tsp. of Maple Syrup.

I know that Brooke said we should choose a protocol we can eat for the rest of our lives and I enjoy having this same dinner with yogurt every day as long as it is sweetened with a but of maple syrup, so I wonder if that could work for me just like you allow to have alcoholic drinks on the Stop Overdrinking plan.
