Chewing Gum


I eat three meals with no snacks between 10:30 and 7. I have lost 11 pounds since June and had lost 20 before that. I love to chew gum. I know that I need to be careful not to chew it instead of feel my feelings and I am. I especially like to pop a piece in first thing in the morning to freshen my breath. I realize I could brush my teeth instead. My question is, is it breaking my fast to chew sugar free gum?
