So my kids had some chocolate after dinner. I didn’t. I don’t. My impossible goal for the year is a weight loss goal and I am not eating chocolate right now. I love chocolate, but haven’t had it for months. Doing great on the weight loss journey (71 lbs so far).
But tonight I had a strong urge to eat some chocolate. I didn’t. But it was constant all evening from about 6pm until I went to bed feeling deprived and irritated and messaging you lovely coaches. The urge was so strong I literally would have stuck my face in chocolate. I hate this feeling. I hope it has gone by by tomorrow. I don’t know what else to do to process and release this urge. Any guidance would be appreciated.
