I have been practicing intermittent fasting and eating on protocol for over 6 months and feel pretty good overall. My energy is good and I feel healthy, sleep well, etc. I recently had a fasting blood and urine tests for life insurance and my bad cholesterol levels were high, good cholesterol were fine. Cholesterol 261, ldl 164, dhl 83.9. I’m not sure how to tweak my eating to try and bring this down. My typical protocol lunch is a salad with dark leafy greens, red bell peppers, tomato, 1/2 an avocado and either cheese or hard boiled eggs (2) and evoo and vinegar for dressing. dinner is usually about the same. I have one Tbs of mct in my morning coffee. Any suggestions? I am considering adding overnight oats as I’ve heard oatmeal can lower cholesterol.
