At the beginning of this program, you ask us to just work on one thing for Self Coaching Scholars, even though we may have many things that we want to accomplish. I have chosen breaking a negative habit that I have had for majority of my life since childhood. I decided that this would be the hardest and the most rewarding if I can break it. Other items included weight, food, career, volunteer. I am finding that I am doing much better in stopping over-eating and I am losing weight, but I am still struggling with breaking that 1 negative habit. I know this means that there is still some uncovering to be done – where do I look? How should I be framing my thought download? I know you said that by choosing 1 thing, the others will improve as well, but how do I really change the 1 thing.
