Choosing an April goal

Hi Brooke!

I am choosing my goal for April, my goal since joining scholars is to finish my masters thesis, it’s with my supervisor for corrections now so want to get my food and fitness in check in the meantime. I want to go through the Stop Overeating course (I don’t struggle with my weight thankfully but do buffer with food, especially since I stopped procrastinating on finishing my thesis) and also want to incorporate exercise into my life, are these two separate goals or can they been seen as the one?
