Ok… I did a model around my thought that I don’t have the self-confidence I need to make more money. My model looked like this:
C – marketing opportunity
T – I don’t have the self-confidence to make money that way
F – disappointment
A – spend all my time working on self confidence skills
R – gain confidence, but not make money in the process, resulting in less money resulting in less self-confidence. Vicious cycle repeats.
I realize I’m choosing not to be confident, but I’m not sure how to bridge the gap between that and thinking, “I have all the self confidence I need.”
I realized I was buffering with self-help in order to build confidence and that’s all warm and fuzzy, but it doesn’t pay the bills.
