Chorella/Semolina protein

Just had 10 min conversation with Pat , went over my protocol and tried to figure out why I haven’t lost any weight since July , she suggested to eliminate any grains and starchy vegetables and add more protein – I eat a piece of fish once a day , but not every day , I’m 90%vegan , feel my best on vegan diet.
My question – chorella/spirullina protein powder or tablets ( no additives ) as source of protein – 2 scoops have 10 grams of protein , mixed with coconut and olive oil and use on vegetables as spread would that be acceptable ? Julia
