I am looking for some advice on how to handle my situation. I have decided that my one area of focus is my business – managing my brain in that space and reaching goals here. Distraction when things get hard is one of my buffering techniques, so this focus is a great challenge for me.
But I just left a Dr apt: “If you keep going this way, we’re talking heart attack…..” It was a pretty dire conversation and I know I need to give this my attention, stop buffering with flour and sugar.
Obviously my health – staying alive so I can even have a business – is important. So I’m really trying to figure out how to manage both the thing I committed to focus on *and* the thing that urgently requires my attention.
