What are some ways I can practice to see circumstances in a more neutral way?
When doing models, I assume I’m thinking of my circumstances as neutral but then find myself thinking thoughts in my intentional model that are really just attempts of trying to be positive about a “negative” circumstance. So my intentional thoughts have a presumption that the C is negative. I don’t mean to do this but it just comes natural to want to think “positive”
My 2nd question I guess then is how can you tell the difference between T’s that really imply the C is in fact neutral vs. T’s that are just trying to be “positive”?
