Circumstance is ‘Did not meet my objective’


I need some help on this model:

C: did not follow through on my calendar plans for the last 2 weeks/ did not meet the objectives I set for myself.
T: I’m not capable of sticking to my plans.
F: guilty
A: buffering with little tasks that need doing
R: proving to myself I am not capable of following through on my calendar.

I am not sure what would be a better thought about this circumstance that would help me feel more empowered.
