I am new to the idea that circumstances are neutral, and perhaps I missed where it is explained but when Brooke presents the model, she already makes the ‘announcement’ that circumstances are neutral, but it may very well be her thought about the world.
I wonder if you can refer me to the explanation/resource that proves that circumstances are neutral.
