Hi! I am in the midst of the Believing new things workbook, and it is amazing. I highly recommend anyone START HERE, if you want to make breakthroughs in money, love, … anything It all begins with beliefs.
My question is about the fill-in-the-blanks section, for the month.
Are you supposed to choose just ONE goal- belief to work on for the entire month?
At the top of pages 29, 31, 33, 35, etc… it says “write down the sentence you want to believe”. Does that mean it is supposed to be the same exact sentence everyday for the month?
I’m on day 4, and so far mine are all around my $200K goal, successful business, and entrepreneurship. But is it best for the “sentence I want to believe” to be the EXACT same every time? Or maybe even a thought ladder spread out over the course of the month:
Like “It’s possible I can make $200K in my business” for a few days, then –> “I am on my way to making $200K in my business” —> “I am finding so many creative ways to make $200K in my business”, etc….
I’d love to hear the rationale, and how it relates to the model, for maximum effectiveness! Thank you so much!
