Clarity on Discrimination taking action and results

Hello, I read the Ask A Coach question on discrimination. IF I understand correctly, we can choose our actions, but should not expect our actions to create any change in others, only results for ourselves.
I’m wondering what this might look like in terms of discrimination.

Could I take a stab?
C: paid 10% less as a woman
T: this is not right, I need to do something about this
F: passionate
A: ???
R: ???

I’m not sure which action would cause what result. It could be that by bringing this up to HR they could correct the error. But that is partially a result for me, but dependent upon a result for them – or them taking an action.
