I was listening to the last call and you talk about “cleaning your thoughts” around issues that are a problem
What do you exactly mean by cleaning thoughts? Is it doing a thought download around the issue and then creating intentional thoughts to substitute the original “negative” thoughts that are the ones creating the problem in the first place?
But I guess you need to train your brain to start thinking those new better thoughts automatically. How do you do that?
I have been doing a thought download every day and several models but I dont know what the next step is. Should I just be happy with awareness for now?
