Clutter: Clothes and stuff for potential next baby

Dear LCS-Coaches,

I have a daughter who is now 7 years old. My husband and I would like to have another baby, but it didn’t happen yet. The probability that we will get pregnant is quite low, but I don’t want to give up.
And so, I still hold on all the clothes and stuff that I stored since the birth of my first child. It is getting more and more and we don’t have the room for storing any more. So I feel I’m in a dilemma: If I give everything away and we would have another baby, I would have to buy everything again. And this is mostly a money issue. If I still keep it all, the feeling of chaos is growing and the problem that we don’t have enough room isn’t solved of course.
Beneath that all there are these thoughts of course that I give up the hope for another baby, when I give the stuff away (to charity or to second-hand-sale).

How can I solve this?

Thanks for your advice in advance!
