Clutter! Need Help With My Model

4 years ago I moved into the house my husband has lived in for 30 years. Every corner and closet and shelf is crammed full of stuff. Lots of stuff that we will never need or use, or even look at again. The things we DO want and need have no home. This creates anxiety and stress and discomfort for me. I have created little “nooks” where I can control the volume of stuff, in order to relieve my feelings. But the clutter affects my happiness, and our relationship. I just don’t see how I can continue like this for the rest of my life, and he has no inclination to change. This is the one point of friction in a life and relationship that is so fun and happy and amazing in every other way. Here is the model I did yesterday, and I can’t quite figure it out. Can you help>
C- Clutter
T- I can’t stand all this stuff everywhere
F-Anxious, Frustrated
A- Withdraw, or get rid of more of my stuff. Rearrange stuff.
What I really want is for him to purge stuff. That is probably not going to happen, so how can I learn to live like this?
