I experience anxiety getting coached as a Black woman.
T: The coach is going to make assumptions about me because I’m Black.
A: I look for errors in their ability to hold space. I resent the coach when I think they are not asking helpful questions. I think I cannot allow myself to be vulnerable with the coach.
R: I create distrust for myself.
What other questions or courses could help me gain more clarity about how to allow my thoughts AND allow myself to show up with authenticity to be coached?
