Coaching in the morning


I can feel that my coaching exercises are putting me down because I think negative thoughts and I think there is not a lot of hope to get out of this situation.

Just before my thought download I was feeling fine and now I’ve got this heavy weight in my chest.

I also want to keep some balance and feel joy every day, by doing things that I like. I guess I have to think about it to make some room for it in my calendar?
