Coaching Myself

I am trying to work on a model and coach myself, but I am not sure about the R line and whether I was able to get a clean model. Do I have a clean and correct model?

C – Today I had a text exchange with a friend.
T – I am constantly misunderstood by this friend.
F – Sad
A – I think about my shitty friendship history. I think about how I always feel misunderstood by others. I think about the past and my bad friendships. I’m not expressing myself fully or authentically because I feel misunderstood. I retreat into myself because I feel misunderstood. It makes me not want to talk to this friend.
R – I am misunderstood because I am not expressing myself fully or authentically.

Would this be a clean and full model? Thank you!
