I’m starting coach certification next week and am reading all the material. I’m currently in the “coach certification book”.
I read the section “practice on your self and others”. There I read that I should not be afraid to practice. And to practice on anyone who will let me coach them. But my question is, when is it appropriate to start practicing on others?
I have done thought work on myself for 1.5 years after doing Kara’s Unf*ck your brain for six months. So I feel I understand the model. But I feel uncertain if I’m good enough to actually practice on anyone else than myself.
But at the same time there are so many around me that obviously need coaching right now…
I’d love some guidance here. Thanks!
