Coconut oil and sucess


Hi Brooke, how do you feel about coconut oil? I have been hungry this week because I think my low fat soy milk was pushing me out of FA so I have added a 1/2 tsp of coconut oil to my coffee and it seems to be making it slightly better. I have been sticking very tightly to protocol anyway because I am DETERMINED that I am going to finally resolve my weight issues and stop messing around with this garbage I have filled my brain with forever. It’s just pointless distraction and like you say it’s time for a better problem. I know now that there is only one way to deal with this thing and that’s head on and close all the other ways out. The great news is that with this 100% dedication and being willing to be hungry and notice feelings I have lost about 15 lbs. I put the work skirt on that was getting too tight and was a size 18 (meaning that I was on track to have to buy a 20 something that I have never done before, yikes!) and it was comfortable again! I’ve just sworn to myself I won’t go there. There’s no point. Life is going to be uncomfortable at any size and I’d prefer to do it at a size 10 and not just keep going up and up. bTW thanks for updating your book because I have to say losing weight in your 40s is no joke. It takes 100% commitment and no short cuts, the hormonal stuff is really critical at this age.
