I’m like to try fasting through breakfast. Since I’m a coffee drinker I like the idea of adding some fat to it (I’ve heard heavy whipping cream as a suggestion). I don’t tolerate any dairy. Do you have recommendations for other types of fats to add in?
Also, I usually have a decaf coffee with unsweetened plain almond milk in the afternoon. My hunch is that the almond milk between actual meals would spike insulin levels and ideally would be avoided. What’s the SCS take on this?
