Coffee with coconut oil


Hi Brooke, I’m new to self coaching scholars! Yea, this is my first month. During March, I’ve watched and began the Stop Overeating program with great results. What’s amazing to me is when I first started I thought I would just fast overnight and then eat a healthy breakfast every morning. After a few days, I ended up trying to fast til lunch, and while hungry, it was certainly doable. I’m really enjoying fasting til noon, but had one question regarding this. I drink coffee daily and each day I drink one cup with a teaspoon of spice and a teaspoon of coconut oil blended in. If I continue to do this, does that teaspoon of oil interrupt my fast? Please advise. Thank you.
