Coffee pushing me out of FA?


I just tried going without coffee after weeks of struggling feeling like I wasn’t really fat adapted. I think coffee was pushing me out of FA or just stimulating my hunger because I wasn’t getting those stretches of time being not interested in food. Maybe I was having too much coffee or having it too strong. I did keep the milk down so I don’t think it was that. Anyway, now having taken out coffee, I think for me it’s actually the coffee. Thoughts?
