I have a question about the homework, in general. You know how each month has a specific theme (ex. Time Management for April), is it okay to combine homework activities from prior months (Beliefs, Emotions, etc.) and continue doing the work from prior months?

I was thinking about combining all of the workbooks & doing all the work (cumulatively), but I know it’s important to focus and constrain, so that’s why I wanted to ask.

Does that reduce the effectiveness if I try to continue everything or should I constrain to the assigned homework for the specific month?
