Compassion for myself – model check please :)

I’m focusing on being compassionate with myself and so, with the help of a coach, I created the following model (we started on the R line):

C: me
T: love and compassion for myself is the secret to the universe
F: determined
A: stop believing I’m not doing it right, stop criticizing myself, do more models/thought downloads, find evidence of all the work I’m doing on myself
R: I feel compassion for myself

I have definitely found that when I slow down and I feel compassion for myself, I feel a sense of peace and openness. Any guidance with respect to how I can help myself stay in that compassionate place would be most helpful, thanks!
