My compelling reason is “Reaching and exceeding my full potential” but thinking about this sentence and looking at myself that reaches and exceeds his potential, I seem to gauge it from others’ perspective. How much of this type of motivation is ok? Putting “Everybody thinks I reached and exceeded my potential” on C line, it seems I don’t necessarily believe anybody can really gauge this anyway, and I am interested in the journey. So is this good, or should I dig deeper?
