Compelling Reason Podcast

Good day!
Obsessed with self coaching scholars…thank you for committing to creating this program for us.

I listened to this month’s podcasts multiple times. I’m fascinated by them.
My question is stemming from the compelling reason podcast. In page 9 of workbook… my work lines up BUT it did not create “the certainty that I can handle the obstacles that come up”. How do I gain that certainty that I can handle stuff I never did before, having no evidence to confirm that I can pull it off? Or take on challenges that feel beyond my brain?

I happen to be a super achiever but I’m realizing now that I haven’t blown my own mind in a very long time and I think the “problem” lies in my uncertainty that I am capable to pull off a huge goal.
