Compelling Reason Question


Hi Brooke,
I’m having trouble coming up with a compelling reason for my goal to loose 5 pounds. I’m at a healthy weight and slim but would like to be a little slimmer. The best compelling reason I can come up with is that I will look even better in my jeans. The thing is, I don’t look bad in my jeans now, they fit, I’m healthy, my weight has been very consistent…I’m at the point where being 5 pounds lighter sounds appealing and I know I’ll feel better about my appearance but I can’t seem to find what it will take to get me to really commit. What are your suggestions when feeling stuck on finding a compelling reason?
