Hi Brooke!
I finished the overeating workshop and so many aha’s!!! So I wrote down a compelling reason to lose weight and it felt very true and strong in that moment but I’m realizing the compelling reason seems to change depending on my day. So I have one very deep compelling reason that would work when I have a nice peaceful environment to eat but when I’m eating with a my 7 year old, toddler and baby…a different reason seems to be compelling (something like “I want to model healthy eating habits and show my kids anything is possible”). I’m wondering if that has worked for any of your clients – a buffet of compelling reasons depending on the day? Or do you find one reason seems to be more effective?
Thanks!
Bethany
