Dear Brooke,
i wanted to ask you about complaining. I don’t do it often, but from time to time I seem to need that. Complaining about a difficult situation or a challenging period in life gives me a feeling of relief and I find it easier to continue life after that. It is as if some of the pressure is gone.
Do you think it is helpful? What would you suggest? What could be an alternative as a stress release?
