Okay so I have done Brookes weight-loss course and had huge success, and have my protocol, which includes intermittent fasting daily, totally down! However, my husband and I are about to start trying for number two! Woot. I am still losing weight on my protocol and am concerned that conceiving while fasting isn’t a great idea. I would love feedback on that, AND I would also love some insight on how my protocol should be adjusted for conceiving and for pregnancy. I know it will need to change while I’m pregnant, and I’m curious what that can look like.
