Concentrated foods

Hi, Brooke is talking about sugar and flour as concentrated foods, but there are so much more ! As you explained it in a previous question, flour is a concentrated food because the wheat was milled in really thin particles. What about foods other than cereals like almond milk made with finely grounded almonds ? Or mixed chickpeas like in houmous for example ? Brooke talks about studies that have been made about the negative effects of flour, can you give me some references please ? Thank you !
