I’m wondering what you do with conflicting wants? For example, “I want to lose weight but I want to eat as much as I want.” or “I want to lose weight but I don’t want to plan my food.” another is “I want to build muscle but I don’t want to take the time to exercise.” These are health related but I have these in many areas of my life. I’m not sure how I change the one that is keeping me from my goals.
