I have been on a weight loss journey using what I have learned from LCS for about 3 weeks. I’m 19 lbs down, feeling great, and so happy with my progress.
I have a birthday coming up and spring break and part of me wants to allow myself to break the protocol for special occasions but the other part of me understands that the social constructs that relate to social events and unhealthy eating are out of line with my goals.
I feel like I am in a 50/50 split about including more indulgent items in my protocol for special situations. What does the school suggest?
