Confusing Action with Result?


I did an intentional thought pattern about my protocol. Past two weeks I have gone off on the weekend. I wouldn’t say that I overeat but I am having bread and a dessert.

C – Protocol
T – I will do better. I will stick to no sugar, no flour
F – Hopeful/confident
A – Stay on protocol
R – lose weight. Build confidence

Should the A be more of the plan to avoid sugar and flour and the result be stay on protocol?
