Confusion about hunger scale


I’m confused about the hunger scale / snack. You mention to eat right when you get hungry (when you are talking about the 2 to 2), but yet suggest no snacking. I’m just one week in and definitely find myself hungry in the afternoon where I would love a snack. I’m not nearly as hungry in the morning after fasting for 14 hours and even doing a 20 minute run. Can you please clear up the snack and the eat right away when you get hungry? Thanks 😉
