Connecting A with T and F

Dear coach, I am on board with how circumstances are neutral and your thoughts create your feelings.  However, I don’t understand yet how actions are always connected to feelings. You can also put your feelings aside and take action or do something despite not wanting to.  And you still get results in the direction you want.

My question is: I don’t believe yet that it is my thoughts that get my results – that the 5 elements of the model are all connected and there is causality. It just doesn’t make sense when we can also take action despite feeling awful, for example, and still getting results.  Will you help me understand? I really want to believe it, ha, but it hasn’t clicked yet. Thank you!
