Connecting T and R


Hi–I’d like to get better at connecting the T and the R line. Can you shed any light on that? Here’s a recent model. I can see it on the unintentional one:
C–Math dept
T–I can’t believe all this conflict that is arising
F–alarmed
A–I must jump in and do something
R–I create conflict

But I don’t see it as clearly on the intentional model:
C–Math dept
T–not everyone has the same skill set or knowledge base
F–curious
A–I generate ideas to build skill/knowledge level
R–?????
