Hi! I felt sad yesterday because I thought my boyfriend and I aren’t connected anymore. I know I create more evidence for this because of my thoughts about it… A part of me realized that my actions don’t help to create more connection, but I have to admit that I secretly wish he would do the first steps toward more connection and quality time together. I would love to have your advices on this.
