It’s been two weeks I am completing the “connection” workbook and I wonder if it’s very useful.
If I could talk about my different connections with a coach or a therapist, that might be useful. The other person could help me to find patterns or unconscious beliefs that are not serving me.
I don’t really know what to do with the pages I’ve filled. I don’t see any progression in my thinking and I feel lonely in this introspection.
