I often catch myself thinking about groceries, the kids, my body… a million trivial things during sex.
When my husband and I finish having really amazing sex I can’t remember a single thing I was thinking – its like for those hours my mind gets to pause.
After using the model in so many other areas of my life I was hoping to be aware enough during amazing sex to remember the thoughts I was thinking so that I could create my desired result – being more present, during the times when I am distracted.
Since I can’t remember the thoughts I am thinking during the amazing times I am trying to come up with new intentional thoughts.
The problem I am running into is that all of the intentional thoughts I have come up with are making me think even more than I did before creating the opposite of my desired result.
Any insight, advice or intentional thoughts would be much appreciated!
