So when I first started my new protocol I was having loose stools. After weeks now I am having constipation and hard stools. Was wondering what I could do to help with this that would be natural and on my protocol of NSNF. I usually have 1-2 salads a day or 1 salad and protein/veggies/fats with the other meal. I have added 1 serving of fruit at my second meal but doesn’t seem to help much. Too much fruit effects my insulin resistance. I have added 5 capsules of psyllium husks and this helps me a little but still hard stools. I drink plenty of water daily. Please help and thank you Brooke for all you do –
