I joined scholars in October. I lost 15 pounds (I want to lose 45 total). During December, I decided my impossible goal for 2018 would be to write a book. I thought that since I had started losing weight, and constrained my focus to just that successfully for 90 days, I could take something else on. Over the holidays, I stopped doing my protocol. I haven’t gained the weight back, but I have not had a single day since January 1 where I’ve stuck to it the whole day. I am not really producing results for either weight loss or writing. Should I just focus on weight loss until I am at my goal weight? If so, should I redo my December workbook with the 100 fails and make it about weight loss?
