Hi. I’ve got two things I really want to work on right now– my coaching business and my weight. Both are significant projects. I’m trying to figure out, in the name of constraint, if I should focus on one at at time. I’d like to get back to myself and working towards weight/health outcomes so that I can start to live more through the magic of coaching. However, I don’t want my excitement and momentum about building a business to wane. There are a LOT of thoughts here… Does constraint mean choosing one and going for it, and then working on the other?
